Saveur Biere

For Christmas 2018 I worked on a busy illustration of a fantastical scene inside a beer warehouse, to be used as an advent calendar box packed with 24 beers.

It was commissioned by French beer distributors Saveur Biere, so that the adults could have a novelty treat-a-day countdown to Christmas alongside the traditional kids’ chocolate calendars.

The illustration also has an in-built adventure trail game; rather than having numbered doors, once you’ve opened #1, there’s a clue to the next door printed on the inside of the box. Each cap’s clue is themed around the beer’s origin & flavour, and shows 3 hints to objects hidden around the box.
